      I want to be a witch for Halloween. I wasn’t going to dress up then just today we were told we could dress up for work. So short on cash…I am thinking a witch. I have a knee length black dress that’s kind of tight, I was thinking of that, plus I have jet black long hair. So what else do I need? I know a pointy hat. But what about shoes, makeup, tights, etc. I want to wear normal makeup with maybe some red lipstick. I have black high heel shoes & black knee high boots…which ones? Again, what kind of tights…I am in an office setting so nothing slutty but sexy/cute. Please help….Thanks. Oh and if a broom, what kind. Thanks.
      ***not sexy…that was a bad word to use…more cute I guess. I don’t want the whole green wart look…just something nice & easy. Thanks.

      ok so i am being a witch for halloween. i am wearing a black shirt and skirt, orange and black striped tights, a black and orange hat, and black glovettes.

      1. WAT ACCESSORIES CUD I WEAR TO STAND OUT MORE??? (like glow-in-the-dark nails, a cauldron basket, and a broom. WAT ELSE???)

      2. How can i make my face more noticeable? like makeup since im going to wear a big witch hat i want my face to be visible and pretty.

        For Halloween i’m being a witch and I need a few ideas. I don’t want to get one of the sets that you can buy anywhere because I like to accessorize it and everyone gets them. I was going to buy some clothes from HotTopic but they are so expensive. I already have the hat,makeup, etc I was thinking before a cute skirt, heels, I found a cheap netted shirt. Where can I buy things like this….?

        Ok, so I’m starting to make my halloween costume for this year, and I want to be a "witch" but I hate the over sexualized and stupid costumes that are put out there. So I’m working on my own and I want it to be more accurate to what a "witch" would have worn back in the 1700′s or so. Anyways, my question is, what colors would have been worn? I don’t think they would wear all black like the commercialized costumes, so I was thinking more along the lines of greens, and browns….. any input to make it totally non offensive to Wiccan’s and Pagan’s, and historically accurate, would be helpful. Thanks
        For the record I know they aren’t "witches" and wouldn’t have referred to themselves as such, Wiccan and Pagan practitioners, is that a better way of saying it?? I just wasn’t sure how to word the question. It’s only Feb. yes, but I want time to get it right. I was going to make a cape and a dress and all, just wasn’t sure of the type of fabric and colors to look at.
        I don’t need bible verses quoted here, it’s a costume I’m working on, I have enough respect for other people and their beliefs to actually want to get it right. Next I’ll get riped a new ass for even celebrating halloween….. go ahead, show your idiocy….
